Wholesale Terms:  A minimum of $5,000.00 is required for wholesale prices. 50% deposit upon placing an order.  Remaining balance is due before shipment.   Applicable shipping charges and 5% charge for packing will be assessed.  Furniture do not include upholstery, glass or mirrors.  Mirrors and glass can be included for an additional $20 per piece.  Please confirm when the order is placed if mirrors and glass will be included in your order. Catalog furniture will be delivered 30 to 45 days from the day deposit is received.  Delivery time for special orders is 90 days.  We require a tax resale permit for all wholesale purchases.
